We made subscriptions simple on purpose. Here is what happens when you subscribe, what you pay, and how to change or stop any time.

The short version

  Choose "Delivery every month" on any product page.

  You pay the subscriber price, and it gets lower the longer you stay. For example, 10% off your first 3 deliveries, 15% off from your 4th delivery on.
  
• 
  Shipping is free on every subscription delivery.
  
• 
  We email you 7 days and again 3 days before each charge. Every reminder email will contain the price that you will be charged so there are no surprises.
  
• 
  You can change or cancel online any time. No phone calls and no minimum number of orders to trap you.
  

What you pay

The price you see at checkout is the price of your products. There is no membership fee or subscription fee on top. Tax is added where required.

Your subscriber price steps down as you stay. For example: You get 10% off your first 3 deliveries and 15% off from your 4th delivery on. Your cart, your checkout page and your reminder emails always show the price for that delivery.

Only shipped deliveries count toward the step. Skipped or paused deliveries don't, and if you cancel and subscribe again later, your count starts over.

One-time orders pay the regular price plus a flat shipping fee. Subscription deliveries ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We may change our prices. If a price changes, you'll see the new price in your reminder email before you're charged, and you can cancel before the cutoff to avoid it.

Your deliveries

Your first order is charged when you check out. It usually ships within 1 to 5 business days and arrives within 2 to 4 business days after that. From then on, each delivery is charged on your renewal date every month and follows the same shipping times.

Your products usually ship together, but one order can arrive in more than one package. You are only charged one shipping fee.

Start with one product and add more whenever you like.

Reminder emails

We email you twice before every charge: once 7 days before, and again 3 days before. Each email lists your products and the price, with a link to your account.

Change your next delivery

Log in to your account to change the products in your next delivery. Skip a delivery or pause your subscription from the same place. Make your changes by 11:59 pm Eastern the day before your renewal date.

Cancel any time

Log in to your account, open your subscription and choose Cancel. You don't need to call us to cancel and there is no minimum number of orders before you can cancel.

To avoid your next charge, cancel by 11:59 pm Eastern the day before your renewal date. If a delivery has already been charged, it will still ship. 

Can't log in? Email support@choosethread.com at least 72-48 hours before your renewal date (so that we can catch it before the cut off time) and we'll cancel it for you.

If a payment doesn't go through

If your card is declined, we may try it again over the next few days and email you to update your payment details. If we can't collect payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and we'll let you know by email.
